Job Summary:
The Collections Agent is responsible for the final collection process of clients’ outstanding balances by way of lien. This includes reviewing account statements; communicating with condominium owners (and/or their representatives) in writing or by phone; preparing and registering of documents and notices in a timely fashion to secure collection of funds. The successful candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office, possess strong interpersonal skills, be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods, and have excellent customer service.

Job Duties

  • Title searches and reparation of registered documents and notices
  • Registration of lien

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a related role
  • Preference given to experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Bilingual is an asset, but is not necessary
