Description Liens Negotiator Description: For 30 years, the attorneys of Isaacs & Isaacs have fought for injured victims in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. With over $2 BILLION collected for clients, Darryl Isaacs and the Isaacs team continue to call out big insurance companies, businesses, and individuals looking to make money off from victims injured in car crashes, truck accidents, commercial vehicles accidents, and wrongful death cases. We cannot undo the incident, but we can do everything in our power to make people whole in the eyes of the law by demanding justice and fair compensation. The Liens Negotiator works closely with the Attorney and Paralegal. Under the direction of your Supervisor, the Liens negotiator will be responsible for negotiating and resolving various types of liens. Duties & Responsibilities: Learn the fundamentals of Filevine. Negotiate lien resolutions with health insurance providers, medical providers, and other entities to maximize client settlements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical providers to facilitate effective lien negotiations and enhance client service. Review and analyze lien documentation to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for reduction or resolution. Keep accurate records of all negotiations and communications related to liens in document management system. Dispute non-related charges on subrogation liens. Requirements Position Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also acceptable. Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience in negotiating liens, preferably in a personal injury or insurance setting. Must have basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook.
