Build your future with us The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Life Underwriting & Policy Issue department is currently seeking a case manager. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: complete all facts of application processing, including input and policy issuance enter information into Lifepro and AppTrac systems provide excellent customer service to agents, field representatives and vendors obtain requirements as determined by underwriting process initial premium and activate coverage Be equipped with: excellent verbal and written communication skills strong attention to detail adaptable to change in a positive manner effective time management skills capable of working with and supporting underwriting and team members strong problem solving skills customer service experience professional telephone etiquette knowledge of Microsoft® Office products Bring education or experience from: an associate's degree two or more years business experience (preferred) Lifepro experience (preferred) Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
