EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Certification from an accredited coaching program (e.g., ICF, CTI, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of coaching experience, ideally within a corporate or high-growth environment
  • Background in psychology, counseling, wellness, or organizational development is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of boundaries, ethics, and confidentiality in coaching
  • Ability to guide clients through mindset shifts, goal-setting, and self-awareness practices

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, empathetic Life Coach to support the personal and professional development of our employees. You’ll work one-on-one with team members, lead group sessions, and help integrate life coaching tools into company wellness and development programs. This role is ideal for a coach who understands high-performance environments and knows how to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees on goals, life transitions, career clarity, and well-being
  • Facilitate workshops on topics such as mindfulness, confidence, communication, and goal-setting
  • Partner with HR and Wellness to integrate coaching into onboarding, leadership development, and engagement programs
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide safe, inclusive coaching spaces for employees
  • Create tools, resources, and practices employees can use in daily life
  • Track impact and engagement while protecting individual privacy
  • Stay current with trends in coaching, wellness, and personal development
