Provide guidance and strategies for overcoming obstacles and challenges in various aspects of life. Develop personalized action plans to assist clients in achieving their goals. Offer support, encouragement, and accountability through regular check-ins and follow-ups. Utilize various coaching techniques to enhance client self-awareness and empowerment. Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress. Organize workshops or group coaching sessions on relevant topics such as goal setting, stress management, and personal development. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred. Certification as a Life Coach or equivalent training is strongly desired.
