REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Proven sales experience in Banking, SME, Credit Cards, or Financial Products.
✅ Prior experience in Life Insurance and Mutual Fund sales is a strong advantage.
✅ Existing network and experience in the UAE market preferred.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential — additional languages are an advantage.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
✅ Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving and client management.
✅ Freshers may be considered for entry-level roles only.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively generate leads and schedule client meetings.
• Approach potential clients via phone, email, social media, or in person.
• Identify and assess clients’ specific needs through detailed research and consultation.
• Provide customized financial solutions such as Endowment Plans, ULIPs, SIPs, Term Plans, Investments, Retirement Planning, Pensions, and Estate Planning.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
