Our Life Enrichment Associate comes to work ready to make a resident’s day by providing 1:1 engagement, leading group activities, and contributing to a meaningful environment for residents. The Life Enrichment Associate provides a variety of programming focused on recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual topics, as appropriate for the resident’s individual care plan and needs. Schedule: Part-Time 8:30am - 5pm Pay: $15.25 per hour Requirements Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors Act with integrity by providing high quality, enjoyable, and engaging programs and special events to CBV’s residents Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes Promote innovation through creative approaches to connecting with residents engaging and outgoing personality Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading a variety of programs Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities
The Life Enrichment Associate provides 1:1 engagement and leads group activities to enhance residents' daily experiences. They contribute to a meaningful environment through various programming focused on recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual topics.
