We are seeking a dynamic, creative and energetic individual to develop, coordinate and lead a vibrant life enrichment program at Highgate Lodge for our residents and team. The successful candidate will have a tons of autonomy to be creative and exceptional! The successful candidate will be professional and very well organized as a few days/week will be spent manning the Concierge desk and handling resident, family and general enquiries. You must be a self-starter, you must be creative and nimble, you must love to roll up your sleeves and be involved on a daily basis with the residents, their families, the team and our neighbourhood!

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Flexible hours to support programming
