This position will focus on enriching the lives of our residents by fostering an environment of warmth, engagement, and personalized attention. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with individuals with dementia and will have the ability to provide exceptional hospitality while supporting resident well-being. Companionship: Foster positive relationships with residents through meaningful one-on-one interactions, conversation, and emotional support. Qualifications: Previous experience working with individuals with dementia or in a senior care setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with residents and families. Ability to create and facilitate activities that engage residents with varying levels of cognitive function.
