JOB SUMMARY

The Life giver Support Worker – Prenatal/Postnatal plays a vital role in uplifting and supporting Indigenous women, families, and Two-Spirit/LGBTQIA+ parents during pregnancy, childbirth, and the early parenting journey. Rooted in Nak’azdli Whut’en values, this position emphasizes culturally safe, trauma-informed care, education, and advocacy. Working under the guidance of the Community Health Nurse (CHN), this role provides essential support to families with infants up to 12 months old and promotes health and wellness through culturally guided programming.
