Responsibilities

Meet families and professionals to assess needs and recommend solutions (Life, CI/Health, Disability insurances; Seg Funds/GIFs & insured investments guidance).
Run/attend client workshops and community events; follow up on warm leads.
Maintain compliant, needs‑based sales practices and CRM hygiene.
Follow a 30/60/90‑day ramp plan with weekly coaching (if LLQP Licensing support is needed).
