About the role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our inside sales team as a full-time hourly employee. In this role, you will leverage your passion for helping others by providing tailored insurance solutions to individuals and families. You will be part of a dynamic team that values expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the field are encouraged to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding insurance products and services. What you'll do Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique life and health insurance needs. Educate clients about available insurance products and explain their features, benefits, and costs. Develop and customize insurance plans that align with clients’ goals and financial situations. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up on leads through phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and organized manner. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to provide expert advice to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the company. Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Life & Health Insurance Agent or in a related sales role. Active Life and Health Insurance license required. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions tailored to each client’s needs. High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct when handling sensitive client information.
Responsibilities
The agent will engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, educate them on available products, and develop customized insurance plans aligning with their goals.
