REQUIREMENTS

• Active Life and Health Insurance License
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-focused roles
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Highly organized and attentive to follow-through
• Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM tools and digital communication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and conduct client appointments focused on life insurance needs
• Complete and submit life insurance applications accurately and efficiently
• Manage follow-ups during the underwriting process
• Track client communications and document interactions
• Deliver a positive, informative, and professional experience
