Salary: £30,000–£80,000+ per year (base + uncapped commission)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced and driven Life Insurance Advisors / Life Protection Advisors to join our growing sales division. You will handle qualified leads from our partner networks, providing expert advice and tailored protection solutions to meet each client’s needs.
This is a telephone-based advisory role ideal for individuals with experience in life insurance sales who are motivated by performance, professionalism, and customer care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with warm leads to assess client needs and recommend life protection products
• Provide high-quality, compliant advice over the phone in line with FCA standards
• Build rapport with clients, ensuring a consultative and ethical approach
• Hit and exceed sales and quality targets
• Keep accurate records and follow internal compliance procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and management for continuous improvement
