Join a well-established financial firm in San Rafael, CA as a full-time Insurance Advisor focusing on life, disability, and long-term care insurance. 💼 What You’ll Do: Serve and grow a high-volume book of warm leads—thousands of potential clients ready to engage Conduct client-facing sales via Zoom and in-person meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence Learn the firm’s approach through hands-on training, joint client calls, and mentorship (3–6 months) Analyze and explain insurance illustrations, quotes, and client solutions Transition into fully independent client management and advisory role ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 1-3 years of experience in life and/or disability insurance Life & Health Insurance License (Required) CRM experience (any system; SmartOffice is a plus) MUST have experience with high net worth individuals Strong interpersonal and communication skills; go-getter personality!
