Job Role : Individual Role Agency Channel : The candidate needs to find and connect with different insurance agents of the region assigned. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents. 80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit. Bancassurance Channel : The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank. 80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer. Direct Channel : The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers. 80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit. Requirements Education : Any Graduate Age : Maximum 34 Years Gender : Male / Female can be Hired. Experience : Preferable to have individual field Sales Experience of minimum 6 months. 1–3-Years of Experience. Industry : Candidate must be from Insurance Industry Life / General / Health, BFSI Industry candidates can also be considered. Can be looked from NBCF’s or Broking companies. Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days, Preference would be given to immediate joiners. Attributes : Candidate should be presentable, Young with Good Communication & decent personality. Documents : All necessary and relevant experience documents must be in place Stability : Must have stability with good performance track record. Must not be a frequent job changer. CIBIL : Must have a CIBIL Score of 650+. Performance : Must have a good performance track record and an incentive earner.
