We are seeking a high-energy, "high-drive" Life Manager to act as the central hub for Tayvon and his fiancée’s personal and professional lives. This is a role for an operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to own the day-to-day execution of a multifaceted lifestyle. The Role This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a "right-hand" partner stationed close to the principal’s residence, serving as a dedicated personal and executive assistant. Success in this role means the principals are fully optimized, their properties are managed with precision, and their personal logistics run seamlessly in the background. We are looking for a candidate with the drive and energy to "buy back" Tayvon’s time so he can focus on his various ventures and public presence. Financial & Property Operations: Managing bill payments for multiple properties and maintaining strict proficiency in budgeting and Microsoft Excel. Logistics Mastery: Executing end-to-end planning for high-end travel, restaurant reservations, and comprehensive trip itineraries. Communication Triage: Managing and filtering personal emails, providing daily check-ins, and handling replies. Schedule Optimization: Setting proactive reminders for the couple to ensure personal and professional commitments are met without friction. Key Responsibilities Personal Operations & Household Management Directly support Tayvon and his fiancée in all household management tasks. Coordinate on-site vendors, staff, and errands within the D.C. area. Manage property-related payments and financial tracking. Handle shopping, personal reminders, and lifestyle coordination. Logistics & Travel Plan and manage complex travel itineraries (no travel required for the assistant). Handle high-level restaurant bookings and social engagements. Executive Support Filter personal and business emails to ensure visibility on high-priority items. Support business tasks related to Tyvon’s companies as needed. Experience & Education 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant. Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or high-profile environment. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Core Traits & Skills High Energy & Drive: A proactive mindset that anticipates needs before they are articulated. On-site Availability: Must be based in Washington, D.C., with a valid driver’s license and a reliable car to run errands. Availability: Must be accessible around the clock to handle rapid task-switching and emergencies. Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (budgeting), GSuite, and email management. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (Contractor basis). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (plus on-call availability). Probation: 30-day initial probation period.
