We are looking for a skilled Life Operations Manager to oversee our operational functions and ensure efficiency in client marketing, service and claims while maintaining regulatory compliance. This position involves developing client proposals and helping lead a client service team to provide outstanding support. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in client management, life insurance case design, and data analysis. The Role- What you’ll do as a Life Operations Manager: Lead operational functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy with client servicing, management, and underwriting while helping drive new business revenue Collaborate with the life team and carrier partners to design and deliver high impact client specific new business proposals Develop and implement improved workflows, monitor new business cases, and ensure effective and timely client service Collect, analyze, and interpret life insurance illustrations from carrier partners; provide recommendations based on producer information. Create presentations, following industry regulations, that provide clear and accurate information for client-facing materials Engage with clients, colleagues, and carriers to ensure positive and productive experiences Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of claims, including managing escalated cases to resolution Liaison with accounting staff to manage internal payments systems with external requests for service payments Identify new products, systems, and technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and sales Ability to recognize new business opportunities through existing books of business and onboarding of new clientele This role requires strong financial acumen, data analysis skills, and an understanding of life insurance products and processes Requirements Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills and the ability to manage complex financial data and market-related insights Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including policy processing, claims handling, and financial management Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using tools for data visualization Marketing: Proficient in developing professional presentations using company templates, ensuring clarity and visual appeal Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients Experience: 3-5 years of insurance experience or an adjacent industry College Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field required; equivalent coursework or relevant experience may be considered Associated Benefits: Hybrid schedule Click HERE for benefits Bones eligible Salary Description $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
