ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Life Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate, resilient, and motivated to make a genuine difference. • Engage in a variety of enriching and inclusive recreational activities, both within the home and in the wider community.
  • Support day-to-day living, including practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and household duties.
  • Build meaningful, respectful, and trusting relationships with the young people—offering them consistent support and dignity at all times.
  • Respond to and meet the individual physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs of each young person.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records in accordance with care plans and organisational procedures.
  • Monitor, review, and adapt support in line with the evolving needs of the young people.
