Responsibilities * Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas * Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations * Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus * Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed * Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments * Inspect and maintain life safety equipment * Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems * Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must be 18 years of age or older * CPR/AED/First Aid certification * Valid Driver’s License * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
