Alongside our warm and welcoming environment, we offer a package of:  * Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability benefits * Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) * Retirement Fund with Company Match * On-Site Gym * Advancement opportunities * Beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities * A supportive team culture * Work that truly makes a difference * Excellent patient care ratios that support quality time with residents You, our Ideal Candidate  The Life Safety Officer/ Welcome Center Receptionist  is solely responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operations for the entire campus during evening/overnight hours.  The Life Safety Officer/ Welcome Center Receptionist must effectively prioritize duties as issues develop and will act as sole incident commander during an emergency, until relieved.  This position implements security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and makes sure that the environment is safe for residents, associates, and guests.    Responsibilities  * Manage security and access control for entire campus, including parking areas, and ensure health and safety check-in protocols are followed by all visitors.  * Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  * Respond to all 911 calls and escort emergency responders to the scene.  * Monitor weather conditions and begin appropriate response (Tornado, Snow, Power Outage) * Manages, directs, and distributes all incoming phone communications, mail and packages  * Accumulate, maintain, and provide statistics and reports as directed.  * Investigate safety and Security incidents that occur on campus property.  Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff personnel to Department Head.  * Inspect and maintain Life Safety equipment. * Conduct night shift fire drills as directed.  Requirements  * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Must be 18 years of age or older  * CPR/AED/First Aid certification  * Valid Driver’s License  * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check  * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen    Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
