Chill Insurance is currently on the lookout for a Life Sales Administrator to join our Team. We’re after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious and are looking to progress in the Insurance business. We are looking for a person who can inspire and deliver results and wants to progress within the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3rd level qualification and / or relevant administration experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 5 years within a Life Sales Team environment
  • A strong sales track record
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competent systems user, including Word and Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount and a keen interest in closing off issues in a timely manner is required

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Inbound and Outbound sales to new and existing customers
  • Uploading applications and inputting them as accurately as possible, prioritising clean applications and pushing them for decisions.
  • Actively liaising with sales agents efficiently to avoid delays in application processing.
  • Contacting clients for application clarification and making judgment call on submissions with agent approval.
  • Pro actively chase outstanding information if sales agent requires assistance during busy periods.
  • Takes own initiative with outstanding information to be issued to facilitate quick turnaround of cases.
  • Monitoring life sales inbox and responding to client emails in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of all the company’s products, services and business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with our Life providers to progress applications easily through to issue stage.
