Build your future with us Our Life Sales Field department is currently seeking a life sales specialist to sell to our agency clients directly. This role will support the clients original request for life insurance by interviewing and completing an application for life insurance for the original agent. The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: complete the application sales process directly with applicants contact assigned clients within twenty-four hours of case submission send applications electronically and work with applicants to complete immediately respond immediately to application live call transfers answer client questions about coverage, products, and available options offer upsell opportunities where appropriate follow up directly with applicants to make appointments, complete applications, and get signatures maintain complete and professional case notes in all systems build and maintain relationships with assigned field representatives and agencies interact professionally with all associates, agencies, producers, and applicants interact with multiple departments to ensure smooth sales experience for all customers continually improve knowledge base on products, services, and key factors Be equipped with: professional, efficient communicator with exceptional phone skills strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities proficient in learning and using multiple computer and online applications self-directed, reliable, and dependable with consistent attendance skilled in problem resolution and effective multi-tasking sales-capable or motivated to develop sales expertise Bring education or experience from: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience customer service experience (required) life insurance experience (preferred) life and health license (required).
