The Opportunity:
Avantor is seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist – Life Sciences to sell life science products and services, acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. In addition to face-to-face meetings, you will engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing to close sales and support clients.

• Manage and develop customer relationships by visiting client sites within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Avantor’s life science solutions.
• Support the field and inside sales teams through training, demonstrations, and technical expertise.
• Analyze and share market trends, customer purchasing plans, and competitive insights.
• Organize customer site events such as seminars, workshops, and user days.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM systems.
• Lead complex sales projects from initial engagement to long-term strategic partnerships.
