The Role As our Lifecycle Communications Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our student communications—planning, creating, and optimising campaigns that guide prospective and current students through their journey. From crafting direct response emails to analysing campaign performance, you’ll play a key role in shaping how students experience our brand. What You’ll Do Build and send engaging communications across the student lifecycle Write copy, develop creative, and manage campaign assets Use Marketing Cloud and CRM data to personalise and automate journeys Test, optimise, and report on campaign performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Bring fresh ideas to improve the student experience every day What You’ll Bring Experience with EDMs and email marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud = big plus!) A love for data-driven marketing and campaign optimisation Strong attention to detail and time management skills A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset Bonus points for CRM (Salesforce) experience and formal marketing qualifications Why Join OES?
