We are looking for a Lifecycle Communications Manager to join our Direct Acquisition and Retention team, which drives digital sales and marketing to consumers. As our Lifecycle Communications Manager, you will be planning, implementing, and optimizing emails and push messages that provide relevant information to our B2C customers all over the world, at each stage of the customer lifecycle. You will be a core part of our Direct Acquisition and Retention team and collaborating closely with our Lifecycle Communications Specialist and with other F-Secure teams. You will be working with a world-class marketing automation tool and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You can choose whether you work at our Helsinki or Oulu office, or in a hybrid mode from your home office in Finland. However, we hope you can join us for common gatherings at the Helsinki office when needed.

Responsibilities:

Planning and execution of customer value communications.
Optimize automated emails and push messages in the marketing automation tool, for improved conversion.
Plan and write new lifecycle emails, push messages, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Design and implement email and push message automations.
Monitor results of automated emails, push messages and email campaigns.
Set up A/B tests and make proposals based on the results.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic and analytical marketer who is creative but not afraid to dig into more technical matters.
+5 years of experience in marketing automation and customer communications preferably email or push message related areas, including content creation.
Ability to create interesting texts for content distributed by email and push messages.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken as our company language is English.
Excellent team player skills, self-confidence, and willingness to work in a fast-changing, multicultural environment.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other marketing automation tool . Knowledge of SQL and HTML is considered as an advantage.
