Job Description As the Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you will drive the execution and analysis of audience-focused campaigns across Sport, Entertainment, and News, connecting premium content with millions of Australians. Working within the Consumer Marketing team, you will leverage advanced MarTech to deliver audience growth & retention and shape the future of streaming and broadcast across our iconic media brands. Day to day you will: Execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. Use MarTech tools to build sophisticated audience segments and automated journeys. Collaborate with content teams to ideate and brief high-impact digital creative. Apply A/B testing to measure and enhance performance across all channels. Analyse engagement data to share actionable results and program performance insights. Troubleshoot platform issues and manage relationships with external partners. Work cross-functionally with Product and Programming teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Qualifications What you'll bring: Prior experience in a marketing or agency role focusing on digital campaign execution. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, SFMC, or similar tools. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven optimisation. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Technical familiarity with Dynamic scripting, SQL and/or HTML/CSS is highly regarded but not essential.
