Bold is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention among Bold’s diverse membership of older adults. To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Lead who is skilled in creating content that achieves our business goals of envisioning a world where every aging adult has access to personalized, easy-to-follow online workouts. This is a full time hybrid role and will report to our Head of Marketing. As a key member of our Marketing Team, here’s what you’ll do: Key Outcomes: Own member engagement and retention KPIs Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, Clinical and other teams to devise highly effective engagement campaigns that meet members where they are and support every phase of their Bold experience Develop expertise in Bold’s membership to create precise user segments and targeted messaging Craft effective tests that provide insight into member motivation and pain points and inform broader, cross-functional work to most effectively support older adults’ healthy aging needs Measure campaign effectiveness at both the business and member level The most important skills for the role are*: 5+ years of experience in engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing Marketing Technology: You are experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Analytical Skills: Able to structure and process qualitative & quantitative data. You understand how to use this data to inform campaign creation Strong Communication: adept writer and communicator skilled in creating content that achieves business goals Proactive: You’re a self-starter and passionate about building remarkable experiences for underserved users Growth Mindset: You’re collaborative while eager to grow and develop skills by welcoming feedback and adjusting accordingly In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: Experience in healthcare or health-tech at a fast-paced startup *We know people from historically underrepresented communities are less likely to apply if they don’t meet all of the above criteria.
