Job Description As part of Base44’s marketing team, you’ll play a key role in engaging users and helping drive the success of our marketing efforts. Email is a powerful communication channel and also a craft. Creating great emails requires understanding users, building the right message, and continuously learning from data to improve performance. In your day to day, you will Plan and produce automated email funnels, coding in HTML and CSS, to enhance brand recognition, boost conversion rates, and improve retention Create email content independently including subject lines, messaging and structure that resonate with users and drive engagement Collaborate with Product teams to understand new features and releases and translate them into clear product communication for users Work closely with cross functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns Test and improve campaigns by sending emails to smaller groups first, learning from performance and then expanding to larger audiences Analyze, monitor and optimize key email performance indicators such as open rates, click through rates, delivery rates, unsubscribes and complaint rates using tools like Tableau and pivot tables Plan and implement email personalization, dynamic content and audience segmentation Make sure emails are delivered successfully by maintaining sender reputation and following email deliverability best practices Research and explore new trends, tools and ideas to continuously improve Base44’s email marketing efforts Execute both scheduled and ad hoc promotional campaigns Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in marketing automation or email marketing, including planning, building, and optimizing automated email campaigns and user journeys Experience working with user notifications across channels (such as email, push, or in-product messages), with an understanding of how to craft timely, relevant communication that drives engagement AI-native mindset, using AI tools as a natural part of your workflow to ideate faster, optimize campaigns, and uncover insights from data Motivated to learn, improve and maintain a high standard of work Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to projects Creative thinker capable of delivering out of the box solutions to complex challenges Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong understanding of email marketing including content creation, segmentation, experimentation and performance analysis Previous experience with the BRAZE marketing platform is an advantage Experience working with web development languages such as HTML, CSS or JS, or with tools like Oracle Responsys or SQL is an advantage Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built.
