ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned B2C marketer with a strong background in SaaS to lead customer lifecycle marketing efforts at Creative Fabrica - starting with a key focus on email marketing as one of our primary channels for engagement and retention.
In this pivotal role on our marketing team, you’ll help us grow demand within the crafting community while improving the customer experience at every stage of their journey with us.
Your mission will be to craft messaging that educates potential users about our platform, supports new customers as they get started, shares helpful content and updates, and runs promotional campaigns that fuel our Product-Led Growth strategy.
You’ll take the lead on building and evolving email campaigns that prompt users to take meaningful, timely actions. A core part of your work will be managing and optimizing our onboarding and product marketing and promotional emails, making each touchpoint feel more relevant and impactful.
You’ll also develop segmented communication paths to better serve our diverse customer base. Beyond onboarding, you’ll partner closely with fellow marketers to drive engagement across other marketing programs and acquisition efforts.
