Leveraging proprietary data and analytics, we give plaintiff firms a winning edge Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the planning and operations of the programs that convert prospects into qualified opportunities and customers. This role owns communication across all channels, including email, social, product features, and events, ensuring our marketing campaigns effectively communicate our value proposition and move prospects through the funnel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven yet creative marketer with strong campaign execution skills who is ready to scale and optimize marketing automation across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities End-to-end production of email marketing campaigns and nurture programs Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys for prospects and customers Segment audiences and personalize messaging using behavioral, lifecycle, and engagement data to improve engagement and conversion Manage newsletters, ad hoc email campaigns, event invitations, and product feature announcements Communicate pain points, CVP, and product positioning to the right audiences in collaboration with product teams Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, layouts, CTAs, dynamic content), analyze results, and optimize messaging, content, and send timing Track performance metrics and report on lifecycle impact on the pipeline Partner with marketing, product, research, and sales teams to support initiatives while maintaining high quality and timelines Maintain list hygiene and monitor deliverability metrics for all sends Support the development of sales collateral and materials for industry events Collaborate with sales to ensure leads are captured, followed up on, and converted Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Drive growth in SQL generation across ad hoc, automated, event, and product-led programs. Ensure strong deliverability and increase YOY email engagement and campaign performance across all programs. Increase sales adoption of marketing messaging and enablement materials Qualifications Required Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and Liquid or comparable template personalization languages required Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and lifecycle automation(Customer.io, Hubspot, Marketo, Braze) Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns Expertise in A/B testing skills for audience, templates, and dynamic content Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results Excellent writing, communication, and creative development skills Ability to work autonomously and own projects through completion Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or B2B enterprise audiences Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Familiarity with databases, CDP, and SQL query writing Experience supporting product marketing or go-to-market initiatives Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
