As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of 7shifts’ multi-channel (email, push, in-app, and more) lifecycle marketing strategy to drive lead engagement, trial conversion, and monetization of unpaid customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll take a product-led approach to crafting campaigns and programs that capture interest and move customers through the early stages of their journey with 7shifts.

Responsibilities

Create and execute lifecycle programs that convert leads into paying customers, including content-specific nurtures, trial conversion flows, and follow-ups at key touch points
Leverage data to identify and prioritize the most effective channels and personalize messaging to maximize engagement
Experiment and iterate by testing messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve performance and identify key insights
Own end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on MRR contribution and impact
Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns and programs to effectively communicate customer journey touchpoints to stakeholders
Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights on channel performance to improve communication, optimize the customer journey, and increase lifetime value
