Description

The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us, ensuring every customer realizes the full potential of our platform.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager focusing on onboarding and adoption, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven email marketing strategies that guide new users through their Asana journey and drive long-term engagement. You will create and optimize customer email strategies that leverage personalization and AI to help our customers master Asana.
This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
