Description

Casper Canada is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who will play a hands-on role in taking ownership of campaigns through ideation, execution, and reporting. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager, this role will continuously collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and has HTML and CSS skills. You can analyze and review the state of your omnichannel campaigns across batch, lifecycle, and transactional messages and prepare recommendations on how to improve segmentation and personalization. With an appetite for innovation, in one moment you will be analyzing campaign metrics and in the next, you’ll be leading the creative brief for an upcoming campaign.

Responsibilities
  • Create the strategy and development of an omnichannel lifecycle marketing program using email drip campaigns, trigger-based email, and SMS tailored to user behaviour and lifecycle stage
  • Map customer journeys, build segments, and design marketing touchpoints that drive conversion, engagement, and loyalty
  • Develop email and SMS marketing strategies in order to move new users that haven’t purchased to become first-time customers, repeat customers, and brand advocates
  • Own and optimize the review and referral programs as levers in the customer lifecycle journey to drive sales and grow our customer base
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Data, and CX teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts with marketing efforts, product launches, user insights, and business goals
  • Create and manage briefs for emails and SMS creative assets ensuring best practices and compelling storytelling
  • Analyze and gather data about campaigns to report KPI performance to cross-functional partners and make decisions informed by data
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize performance based on key metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, etc.)
  • Research and benchmark against market in order to continue to develop strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Casper Canada at the forefront of lifecycle marketing innovation.
