Job Description You’ll design, build, and optimise personalised campaigns that connect with customers at every stage of their journey: Build lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Create email & SMS campaigns that drive engagement Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product & Distribution teams Use AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently Maintain campaign documentation & metrics reporting Qualifications What you bring: 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPScript) Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email templates Experience in enterprise-scale campaigns Collaborative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator Additional Information Additional information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
