We are currently recruiting for a Lifecycle Project Coordinator to join our Lifecycle Management team at Broadmeadows site on a 2-year fixed term contract .
Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle Management , you will manage product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that printed packaging materials meet regulatory, quality, customer, and manufacturing standards. You will collaborate across global and local teams including Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Engineering, to deliver compliant, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements (highly desirable)

• Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle (De-Launch) processes
• Oversee printed packaging materials (cartons, labels, leaflets) throughout their lifecycle
• Act as SME for printed materials during audits and investigations
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
• Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
• Coach and mentor Lifecycle Associates
