In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Ensure all work is carried out with Safety as a priority, proactively identifying and reporting potential issues. * Execute planned service activities, customer engagements, and field service documentation with professionalism and timeliness. * Respond to technical and commercial enquiries, prepare quotations/proposals, and schedule field jobs. * Provide field support within NSW as well as across the broader ANZ region. * Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and customers regarding Measurement Solutions technologies. * Conduct or assist with training, sales calls, site walks, audits, and roadshows. * Develop and maintain strong technical expertise, particularly in measurement and instrumentation technologies. * Assess and support the resolution of warranty claims. * Support the development of technical notes, tools, and documentation to grow Emerson’s Lifecycle Services business. * Maintain strong relationships with key customers and work to expand service scope. * Assist Sales & Marketing in developing products, systems, and lifecycle service offerings. * Undertake or escalate technical investigations as required. * Provide excellent service to build customer confidence. * Offer technical advice on Measurement Solutions portfolio queries. * Perform administrative tasks including training participation, updating technical knowledge, and timely reporting in CRM and other systems (e.g., Clarity, FSMA, VelocityEHS, Service Cloud).   Who You Are:   You thrive in environments that demand technical expertise, customer focus, and proactive problem-solving. You are resilient, adaptable, and always eager to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.   For This Role, You Will Need:   * Tertiary engineering or technical qualification in instrumentation, process, or automation (highly regarded; relevant experience considered). * Restricted Electrical Work Licence (preferred but not essential). * Quantifiable experience in field service or technical roles with a strong customer service standard. * Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills in instrumentation technologies (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Vortex, Differential Pressure, Flow, Liquid & Gas Analysis). * Experience with technical maintenance in process automation instrumentation; experience with GCs, Gas Analysis, Fiscal Metering, QMI advantageous. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers. * Ability to promote the value of service and service contracts. * Strong motivation, accountability, and ownership of outcomes. * Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.     Our Culture & Commitment to You:   At Emerson, we prioritise a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
