Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group. Successful candidates will combine excellent pool safety skills with effective experience, developed in the UAE, UK, USA or other international settings, with strong inter-personal skills and cultural awareness with the ability to manage the demands and needs of a wide range of stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills combined with being a visible leader are central to this role. The role requires a firm grasp of how to ensure outstanding standards across the school. The position will report into the ‘School Operations & Support Services Manager’ and work as part of the school Physical Education department to support the development of the department and the pool safety culture within the school. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.

Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding pool safety standards and support the development of the school's pool safety culture. Work within the Physical Education department to manage the needs of various stakeholders and maintain a safe environment.
