Big Splash - Outdoor Waterpark at Bingemans is hiring Lifeguards with exceptional customer service skills who will be responsible for the safety of all guests in the waterpark.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining guest safety in the wave pool as well as all pool areas, demonstrating professional and consistent adherence to all pool safety standards.
- Effectively guard all pool guests and maintain a safe environment.
- Responsible for maintaining proper positioning, visibility and condition of pool safety and rescue equipment.
- Perform daily safety checks of pool area and slide for potential hazards.
- Properly document all maintenance duties, pool test results, and emergency procedures.
- Adhere to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions.
- Participate in all staff training lessons, both the initial and on-going training.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Guard, or the management.
