We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.   Beztak is looking to hire a Lifeguard to join our team. This position is responsible for the safety of residents/guests in all pools and/or hot tubs.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for keeping pools pristine and aesthetically pleasing so they can be used for everyday use. This may include vacuuming the pool bottom, emptying the automatic skimmer, or skimming debris. * Remains alert at all times to supervise swimmers and ensure their safety. * Maintains first aid inventory. * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes. * Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.   PERSONAL QUALITIES: * Excellent observational skills * Strong initiative QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: * Must have appropriate lifeguard certifications * CPR certified * Able to work flexible scheduled when needed BEZTAK PERKS & BENEFITS:   Beztak has an exciting, growth-focused culture, and we strongly believe in promotion from within. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. * Exposure to dust, dirt, pollen, debris, cleaning agents, paint fumes, construction or repair-related odors and other airborne particles.  * You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle. Responsibilities
The Lifeguard is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and guests in all pools and/or hot tubs while maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the aquatic facilities.
