This position is responsible for the safety of residents/guests in all pools and/or hot tubs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for keeping pools pristine and aesthetically pleasing so they can be used for everyday use. This may include vacuuming the pool bottom, emptying the automatic skimmer, or skimming debris. * Remains alert at all times to supervise swimmers and ensure their safety. * Maintains first aid inventory. * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes. * Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT * Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments * Exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. * Exposure to dust, dirt, pollen, debris, cleaning agents, paint fumes, construction or repair-related odors and other airborne particles. * You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle. Responsibilities

The Lifeguard is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and guests in all pools and/or hot tubs while maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the aquatic facilities. This includes constant supervision of swimmers, performing routine pool cleaning tasks, and managing first aid supplies.
