FILINVEST COMPANY- NATURE SPECIALISTS INC. (TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT) Job Summary: In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort, Rizal, and under the direct supervision of the Sports & Leisure Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards for courtesy and timeliness, as well as lifeguarding duties, as necessary. This position is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment, taking into consideration the established cleanliness standards for said areas. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Education major or related course At least 1 year experience in Lifeguarding Good swimming skills Mechanical Maintenance Skill Licensed First Aider Licensed Lifeguard

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort, adhering to established procedures for courtesy and timeliness, and performing necessary lifeguarding duties.
