The Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR) is hiring a permanent Full-Time Lifeguard for the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center to work shifts as primary guards in the facility and monitor two bodies of water, including a 50-meter pool and a leisure pool with a water slide and other play features. Lifeguards will work on deck or in lifeguard chairs and serve as the primary protection against water related injuries. The Permanent Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all aquatic participants. The Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center has something for everyone! A 50-Meter FINA compliant pool, a Leisure Pool with in-water volleyball & basketball, and a lazy river, along with a fitness studio, three community rooms, and two wet-classrooms for fitness classes, parties, and gatherings.

Responsibilities
