JOB DESCRIPTION: LIFEGUARD

Job Title: Lifeguard
Department: Health & Fitness Centre
Reports To: Health & Fitness Club Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all users of the Health & Fitness Club’s pool and leisure facilities, while maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre. The Lifeguard plays a key role in upholding the hotel’s high standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
