About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lifeguard to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Caution guests regarding unsafe areas, rescue guests in danger, and administer first aid. Maintain Order: Enforce swimming rules and regulations and manage guest behavior in swimming areas. Clean the swimming pool, report issues, and coordinate with the engineering team for fixes. Patrol designated swimming areas, ensuring a safe and fun atmosphere for guests. Operate rides and attractions according to manufacturer's instructions and safety procedures. Ensure all lifesaving equipment is functional and ready for use. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Hold a Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent Possess a Regional or International Lifeguard Training Program License Ellis and Associates as deemed necessary Demonstrate the ability to apply first aid and CPR in case of accidents and emergencies Hold 1-2 years of work experience as a Lifeguard with an international luxury hospitality company Demonstrate excellent level of fitness About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
