Description About The Bridgewater Club The Bridgewater Club is a private club with a fun work environment. Description We are looking to hire a responsible and energetic person to ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the swimming pools. The Lifeguard will have some additional duties that include swimming pool areas, locker rooms, and restrooms. Top candidates are professional, enthusiastic, dependable, excellent communicators, safety minded, and love people. Requirements Requirements: · Must be at least 16 years old · Must be able to start in March · Possess current Lifeguard certification (Required) · Have reliable transportation · Previous experience preferred When you will work: · Opening shift (weekdays 5:40am-12pm) $17.00-$18.00/hour (Pay rate dependent on experience and availability) What you will do: · Perform opening duties. · Supervise pool and pool area to ensure member and guest safety. · Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care in accordance with training and club protocols. · Administer age-appropriate discipline as needed using sound judgment, positive communication, and respect for patrons. · Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. · Maintain a calm, professional, and personable demeanor. · Assist members, guests, and management with questions or needs. · Follow all facility policies and procedures. · Attend required training sessions, typically Sunday evenings, and maintain all certifications. · Other duties may be assigned.
