We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA. This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture! The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. Lifeguards and all staff: Customer Service: Maintain a safe pool environment Ensure the safety of all swimmers Communicate effectively with all staff and members Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome Report to manager if complaints are unresolved Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
