Job Description Al Seef House Bahrain is looking for a Lifeguard who is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of all guests and employees using the swimming pool and recreational facilities. The role requires constant vigilance, prompt response to emergencies, and delivery of a friendly, professional service in line with Radisson’s Yes I Can! service culture. Key Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming pool and surrounding areas Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment at all times Respond immediately and appropriately to emergency situations, including water rescues and first aid Administer first aid and CPR when required and coordinate with emergency services if necessary Conduct regular safety checks of pool facilities, equipment, and water quality Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly Assist guests courteously and professionally, providing information and support as needed Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area in coordination with housekeeping and engineering teams Maintain accurate incident and log reports as required Comply with all hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements Qualifications Certified Lifeguard with a valid license from a recognized authority Valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification (mandatory) Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility preferred Knowledge of pool safety standards, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures Additional Information Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?
