The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of all patrons by monitoring swimming areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to emergencies. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests. * Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. * Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR as needed. * Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities. * Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management. * Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool area. * Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience for all visitors. QUALIFICATIONS * Current Lifeguard certification (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent). * CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required. * Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. * Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous lifeguard or aquatic safety experience preferred. * Must be at least 16 years old.
