You'll need: A passion for customer service and working with people Great communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure A high level of physical fitness and confidence in the water The ability to swim 200 metres continuously in under 6 minutes; and tread water for two minutes without using your hands Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays, public holidays and peak periods A current paid Queensland Blue Card No Lifeguard qualification? No worries! If you are successful, we will provide and pay for your internationally recognised Lifeguard qualification before you hit the pools.
