Job Description The Lifeguard Supervisor will oversee the performance, safety, and operations of the HOA's pool area. They will manage staff and must make sure that they hire the right people for the right activities. Duties include but are not limited to:  Manage, develop and lead recreation staff by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and reviewing the performance of all staff employees..  Insure the pool is maintained according to all regulations.  Respond to emergency situations in the water or surrounding areas.  Administer first aid and contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.  Maintain a safe swimming environment and enforce all policies, procedures and regulations.  Other duties as assigned. Requirements  Certification inAED, CPR and similar life-saving techniques is needed; proper first aid skills are mandatory.  Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.  Knowledge of State of local governmental safety requirements.  Professional customer service skills.  Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.  Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
